Group Sales Policies
What is a Group?
To receive special groups pricing, a minimum number of tickets must be booked for the same show and same performance date, unless otherwise indicated. Please refer to the Group pricing page for the minimum number of tickets required to receive special groups pricing.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?
Payment terms may vary. All group tickets booked through the CAP Centre will require a 20% non-refundable deposit, which will be paid within 6 weeks of the booking date. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to the performance date. Any orders booked within 30 days prior to the performance date must be paid in full at time of booking. Orders over 100 tickets or more must pay a 20% deposit at time of booking.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Company Cheque, Money Order, Certified Cheque and Cash. Tickets will be delivered upon receipt of payment. A 10-day business hold is required for all non-certified cheque payments. All ticket orders are couriered to the client at their expense unless other arrangements are made.
ARE THERE ANY EXTRA CHARGES?
Service charges do apply to all shows and may vary per show. The regular service charge is $15.00 for every 20 tickets booked, unless otherwise indicated. The courier fees are $10.00 for deliveries in Canada and $20.00 for a United States address. Courier Deliveries are made through FedEx and a signature is required. Due to the signature requisite, we cannot deliver to post office boxes.
