Coaches are welcome to use these areas (marked with the sign pictured above) at any time, 24-hours a day, however, they cannot park and wait for groups to arrive. As the name implies, these areas are for loading and unloading only. Drivers are subject to ticketing if they use these areas to park. New hefty fines up to $300 are now in effect for buses parked illegally in a designated motor coach loading zone.

If the group is not ready to board, the coach must leave the space or risk being ticketed.

Buses can park in "pay and display" parking areas on city streets, provided adequate space exists and in accordance with any time restrictions as posted. Drivers can purchase parking permits at nearby machines located along the sidewalk, and display the permit in the coach dashboard.

There are a few privately operated off-street parking lots that buses can use.

Rogers Centre operates a "pay and display" lot on the south side of Bremner Blvd., west of Rees Street.
